Shipping & Returns

At Compairtech, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered promptly and efficiently. Below is an overview of our shipping methods, charges, and return policies.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via courier or palletised for truck delivery, depending on the weight and size of the items. We aim to use the most cost-effective method available. If you have specific delivery requirements or preferences, please inform us when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We do not operate a retail store. Purchases are made directly through Compairtech or via our distributors. If you opt for in-store pickups through a distributor, please note that the purchase price may differ as the transaction will be processed through the distributor and not Compairtech directly.

Standard Delivery Methods

  • Aramex Couriers: Available for deliveries to all towns and cities in New Zealand.
  • New Zealand Post: Available for rural deliveries.
  • Truck Deliveries: For larger or palletised items, delivery can be arranged on your own account, or we can add the shipping charges to your invoice and select the most suitable trucking company.

Tracking & Tracing

All shipments include tracking for your peace of mind. If a delivery is not received or signed for, we will track the shipment on your behalf and provide updates.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will be added to your invoice at the time of shipment. If you need to return an item, you must organise the return in advance, and it will be at your own expense unless otherwise agreed.

Returns & Restocking Fees

  • Returns must be pre-approved by Compairtech. Please contact us before sending any items back.
  • A restocking fee may apply to returned goods, and this is determined at the discretion of Compairtech. Feel free to enquire whether a fee will apply before returning an item.
  • Non-returnable items: Specially ordered or custom-modified products are non-returnable.
